MAKÜ YAŞAM Center brought together three generations in the enthusiasm of the new year

Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University (MAKÜ) Aging Studies Application and Research Center (YAŞAM) welcomed the year 2025 with a meaningful event. The event, which brought together three generations, took place at Burdur Hilmi Hafize Evin Nursing Home.

 

MAKÜ Kindergarten students brought joyful moments to the nursing home residents with the rhythm shows they prepared. Afterwards, the nursing home residents, little students, and volunteer students from the MAKÜ Aging Studies Community spent enjoyable time playing intelligence games and puzzles together.

 

The event concluded with warm conversations and the presentation of gifts prepared for the new year to the nursing home residents. YAŞAM Center, with this meaningful event that brought together different generations, not only strengthened the excitement of the new year but also intergenerational solidarity.

 

This event, reflecting the spirit of the new year with love, sharing, and happiness, left an unforgettable smile on the faces of both the participants and the nursing home residents.
