MAKÜ students met with the little ones in Kozluca Village on April 23

Within the scope of the Village University Project conducted by Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, university students celebrated the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day together with village children. The "Young Volunteers in the Village" event, organized under the leadership of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, was the scene of colorful images in Kozluca Village.

Volunteer students who are members of the Gastronomy, Youth and Sports, LÖSEV Benefit, and Ethnosports communities came together with the children in the village due to the April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day. With games and educational activities organized throughout the day, the children both had fun and spent enjoyable time. The students also shared the festive enthusiasm by offering various foods and drinks they prepared to the children.

While the happiness of the children was noticeable at the event, the volunteer students also emphasized the importance of acting with social responsibility awareness. It is aimed that such activities carried out within the scope of the Village University Project will both strengthen social solidarity and contribute to students gaining experience in the field.
